This policy explains what personal data Blue Hour Yachts collects on rentayachtsabudhabi.com and how we use it.
Booking form data
When you send a booking request we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address (optional) and any notes you write, together with the trip details you chose (occasion, yacht, date, time, hours, guests and extras). We use this data to check availability, contact you about your request on WhatsApp, phone or email, send a payment link and run your trip – nothing else.
- Your request is stored in our website’s admin area, which is limited to our team.
- We do not store your IP address with the request. A short-lived, anonymised counter is used to stop spam (maximum 5 requests per hour).
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
- Payments are handled by the payment providers (card processor, Tabby, Tamara) on their own secure pages; we do not see or store your card details.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We use them to answer you and manage your booking.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential cookies to work, and may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful. Your theme choice (light or night mode) stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
How long we keep data
We keep booking requests for as long as needed to run your trip and for our records, then delete them. You can ask us to see or delete your data at any time.
