About these terms

These terms explain how booking requests work on rentayachtsabudhabi.com (Blue Hour Yachts). By sending a booking request you agree to them.

1. Booking requests

  • Our booking page lets you build a request with an estimated price. Sending it is a request, not a confirmed booking.
  • A booking is confirmed when we confirm availability with you on WhatsApp and your payment is received.
  • Prices shown are per hour for the whole yacht, with a minimum of 2 hours. Extras are added at the prices shown on the booking page.
  • If the price on your request differs from our current price list, the confirmed price on WhatsApp applies.

2. Payment

  • We send a secure payment link after confirming availability. You can pay by card, in 4 payments with Tabby, or with Tamara, subject to the provider’s approval.
  • We never ask for card details on WhatsApp or by phone.

3. On the day

  • Every guest must bring an original passport or Emirates ID.
  • The number of guests may not exceed the capacity of the yacht.
  • The meeting point in Abu Dhabi is shared on WhatsApp after confirmation. Please arrive a little early – the trip time starts at the booked start time.
  • The captain is responsible for safety and may change the route or timing because of weather or sea conditions.
  • Guests must follow the crew’s safety instructions at all times.

4. Changes

If you need to change your date, time or yacht, message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference and we will check what is possible.
