This policy explains changes, rescheduling, cancellations and refunds for bookings with Blue Hour Yachts (rentayachtsabudhabi.com) in Abu Dhabi. Please read it before you confirm and pay.
1. Changes to a booking
- Changes to your date, time, yacht or extras are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the change.
2. Cancellations by you
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the trip are eligible for a 50% refund (excluding the deposit).
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the trip are non-refundable.
For the most flexibility, confirm your booking once your plans are final.
3. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the trip.
- All rescheduling is subject to availability.
- If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation terms above apply.
4. No-shows
- If you do not tell us about a cancellation, no refund is due.
- A missed trip (no-show) is charged in full with no refund.
5. Cancellations by Blue Hour Yachts
We may cancel or change a trip for reasons beyond our control, such as bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, mechanical or technical issues, Coast Guard restrictions, or government regulations. In that case:
- We offer you a new date.
- If you do not want a new date, you receive a full refund.
6. Confirmation and alternatives
- Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp, by phone or by email after payment.
- If the booked yacht becomes unavailable, we offer a suitable alternative. If you decline it, you receive a full refund.
7. Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays
Because of high demand, bookings for Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays are non-refundable.
